Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Linux System Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team. As a Linux System Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our Linux-based infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Perform routine system monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Linux environment.
- Implement and maintain security best practices for Linux servers.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Linux System Engineer (minimum of 2 years).
- Proficiency in Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).- Scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
