How quickly can you take over an existing system?
Most engagements go from first call to fully on-call in about three weeks. Smaller setups can be live inside a week; complex multi-cloud estates take a little longer.
Do we have to switch tools to work with you?
No. We work inside whatever ticketing, monitoring and chat tools you already use. If there's a clear upgrade, we'll suggest it — but we never force a tool change as a condition of working together.
Is SWATSYS only for big companies?
No. We work with teams running a single server right up to enterprises with hundreds of services. Pricing scales with what we actually look after, so smaller teams aren't subsidising bigger ones.
How does the Confluent partnership help us?
As an official Confluent partner, we have direct access to Confluent engineering for support escalations, plus preferential pricing on Confluent Cloud. If you're streaming data with Kafka, that translates into faster resolution and a lower bill.
Where is your team based and what hours do you cover?
Our home base is Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. We cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with engineers rostered across time zones — so there is always a human on duty, not just a pager.
What does training have to do with infrastructure management?
SWAT Training is how we grow our own engineers — the top performers from each cohort become candidates for SWAT Support roles. It also means clients can sponsor team members through our courses and get them production-ready quickly.
